Don’t we all want some kind of an epic love story? And it doesn’t have to be something out of a book (hehe see what I did there?) with dragon slayers and fated heroes.
“You don’t need to die for each other to make this exciting. Just the fact that you’re here, together—that’s enough. That’s epic enough.”
Nathan Bird and Oliver James Hernandez. Both extremely awkward (same). Both extremely good-looking (not same). And both terrible overthinkers (same). They were best friends when they were younger, but then Oliver James moved away and, well, the distance, what happened, the age, and they lost touch. Surprisingly, Oliver James came back. He moved into the same house up the hill, right across Nate’s own house. Ayayayyyy how their paths cross. Nate is so confused. Because of course, there’s Flo, his best friend now, and rhe girl he’s in love with, and then there’s Oliver James, his childhood love and the boy he has feelings for now. He doesn’t want to lose either of them, but he also doesn’t want to get hurt from loving them. He’s seen what loving someone can do to you. He’s seen how much it hurts when they leave. But is love worth it? This book is super recommended. Read it. I LOVE YOU ALL. I LOVE YOU ALL. I LOVE YOU ALL.
